Check what our students think about Coders Lab
Check the final projects of our graduates
The last week of the course includes mainly workshops. Students work on their primary portfolio project, which will be showcased to the potential employer. The project topic is elective – everyone can choose what is of greatest interests to them. Below you will find a collection of projects by our graduates.
After Coders Lab bootcamp I needed only about a month or two at home to revise the material, and then I started to work as a freelancer. I completed a couple of commercial projects and started to look for a job in a larger company. Generally, the process of looking for a job after the course was much simpler than conventional ways of job seeking in other industries. I sent two CV and both were accepted. I found a job in Effigence and have been working there till now.
I must admit that three weeks after the course I was not particularly impressed. On the one hand, the skills taught on the course were really useful and there were truly a lot of them. But on the other, it was easy to fall victim to the vision of entering the land of milk and honey, in which after the course completion a queue of potential employers impatiently awaited you. It turned out not to be quite so rosy. It took me one month and a half to find a satisfying job. Yet looking back, I think the course was a very good decision. Knowledge which I gained during and after the course has resulted in obtaining a stable job in a good company. I have achieved my goal.
This was one of the most intensively spent periods in my life, filled with a huge dose of in-demand skills and information stimulating the ‘dormant’ brain to process them as well as struggle with self-motivation and perseverance. But this time was also a lot of good fun 🙂 For the undecided – if you dream of an efficient way to acquire this kind of skills and are not afraid to work hard, then I highly recommend it. Even if at some point doubts arise whether it all makes sense or is not too overwhelming, it pays off to grit your teeth, get down to work and complete it. 🙂
